FIFA is responsible for the organisation and governance of football's major international tournaments, most notably the FIFA World Cup. and fifa is there to make sure the game is played safely and organised like a venue to play in and equipment and the rules of the game. and fifa make sure that football is plyed properly and organised like the coaches and managers that coach the players and the stadiums and equipment so that the games can be played.

• I have to make sure that the runners are running the correct root.
• I must have the correct equipment to coner off the course so that the runners run the correct way.
• I must make sure that my root on the cross country is safe to run on.
• Make sure that the people that im working with is positioned correctley when runners are running.

make sure there are no dangers like wholes, sharp objects.
make sure the marshals are highly visible.

check the weather so you know what equipment to bring and so the marshals  and runners know what to wear.

i think i done pretty well i felt confident and in my comfort zone i thought i was clear with my demonstrations i got help from sam who was doing the demonstrations and i was talking to the pupils as sam was doing the demonstrations.

personal coaching analysis 19-09-11

what i will be looking for when sam is coaching is:

1. leadership
2. confidence
3. clear voice when explaining the activity
4. and if the children ask him questions will he be able to think on the spot and give a good and clear answer

i think sam's perfromance in coaching yesterday was very good and i will be taking in what kind of things he done like asking the pupils questions, clear voice when explaining what they have to do and in the demonstrations. and sam looked very confident and he knew what he was doing from the start. What he done for the activity is he put four cones out and a goal at the end so the pupils had to dribble in and out of the cones the at the end they had to shoot past me. Sam was very motivating to the pupils and encouraging
